Shipping & Returns
All of the following apply to our return policy:
1) De Vries Specialties, a.k.a. AutoDealerSuppliesUSA, wil accept returns on goods sold within 30 days of the original date of invoice
2) Goods must have been sold at the current on-line price.
3) Goods must be in their original containers, without damage and be in resalable condition.
4) Return shipping must be prepaid by the purchaser.
5) A 15% restocking charge will apply.
6) NO RETURNS ON SALE OR CLOSE-OUT MERCHANDISE.
7) NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER OR CUSTOM MADE MERCHANDISE.
Damage or Defective Product:
Damaged or defective products require notification within 72 hours of receipt to be eligible for reimbursement or replacement. Please call 1-800-443-8190 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. Damage caused by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Most orders ship within 48 hours of receipt. If an order will not ship within the 48 hours time frame, we will notify you by email or phone of the expected time of shipping.
