SHOPPING CART
Ordering from De Vries Specialties, Inc. is easy through our automated shopping cart system. Once you register, you will receive a unique login which will allow you to add items to your cart, save favorites and check out using convenient and secure credit card processing. Save your login and bookmark our site so that you can easily return for reorders and new purchases.

PURCHASE ORDERS
Customers who receive "at your door" service may be eligible to order through our purchase order system. Once approved for PO, you may login, add products to your cart, save products to your wish list and check out without a requirement to pay by credit card. METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for purchases made via our shopping cart. When purchasing by phone, fax or email, we provide you with an invoice that includes the amount of your purchase plus shipping and handling fees. This amount may be paid by credit card, your company check based upon previous payment history, certified checks or money orders. Please note that we do not accept CODs.

SALES TAX
All sales made to individuals or entities within the states of Florida and Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax as required by law. This will occur automatically at time of check out through our shopping cart.

SHIPPING INFO
All in-stock items will ship the same day or the following day via UPS Ground Service, unless another method is requested. When ordering through the shopping cart, shipping charges will automatically be added at time of checkout. When ordering by phone, fax or email, applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Our shipping centers include Florida and Texas. Your orders will be shipped from the closest location to you in an attempt to keep your freight charges as low as possible.

RETURN POLICY
All of the following apply to our return policy:

• De Vries Specialties will accept returns on goods sold within 30 days of the original date of invoice.
• Goods must have been sold at current on-line price.
• Goods must be in their original containers, without damage and be in resalable condition.
• Return shipping must be pre-paid by the purchaser.
• A 15% restocking charge will apply.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Damaged or defective products require notification within 72 hours of receipt to be eligible for reimbursement or replacement. Please call 1-800-443-8190 or email sales@autodealersuppliesusa.com.for instructions. Damage caused by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.

GUARANTEE
Only products which offer a guarantee by their respective manufacturer are guaranteed. All other products are sold “AS IS." We make no representation or warranties as to legal effect or consequences of any product.

FLAG GUARANTEE
Your flag is a piece of cloth that shakes, snaps, chafes, freezes, furls, twists, flaps, rubs, and hangs. How long a flag lasts depends on many conditions, all of which are outside the control of De Vries Specialties and the flag manufacturers. Factors such as weather, location, airborne contaminants, method of installation and frequency of flying will all affect the life span of a flag. Therefore, there is no guarantee with respect to the life of flags that you purchase from our company.

PATENTS OR COPYRIGHTS
When orders are manufactured to customer specifications, purchaser agrees to assume all liability from actions, demands or lawsuits brought against purchaser or De Vries Specialties for patent or copyright infringement.
