ABOUT DE VRIES SPECIALTIES, INC.
De Vries Specialties, Inc. has been a vendor of operational supplies and promotional products to automobile, boat, motorcycle and RV dealerships for more than 30 years. We began our operations in Florida in 1992 and expanded to Texas in 1996.

 

KEY PERSONNEL

Edwin De Vries, Founder
In 1982, Edwin moved to Florida to begin his semi-retirement from an extensive and accomplished career in sales. While employed part time in a promotional product sales position, Edwin identified a need for a local supplier of specialty products for auto dealers. Edwin created De Vries Specialties, Inc. and began operations in Florida to meet that need in 1992.

Calvin De Vries, President
Calvin De Vries opened the Texas division of De Vries Specialties in August of 1996. Since that time, Calvin has been responsible for daily operations and management of De Vries Specialties in Texas. Besides overseeing the growth of the company, Calvin manages a sales force covering central Texas from Waco to San Antonio. Edwin retired from the business in 2017.  Since that time, Calvin has overseen the operation in both states and worked to expand the online footprint of the company.  

THE MARKETS WE SERVE
De Vries Specialties provides operating supplies and promotional items to new and used automobile dealers through our sales staff in Texas and Florida where we maintain office and warehouse operations. We also serve boat, motorcycle and RV dealerships. Our plans for expansion include the sale of flags and flagpole components to cities, municipalities, apartments, condominiums, banks, commercial buildings and school districts.

The mission of De Vries Specialties is to be a primary supplier of operating supplies and promotional products for automobile, boat, motorcycle and RV dealerships throughout the United States and Canada. Through our exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge of the needs of our clients, we strive to be their exclusive source for efficient and cost effective operations supplies and promotional products that enhance their profitability.
