BUYERS ORDERS W/ ARBITRATION 3-PART

This Buyers Order was created in 2004.  It can be used for both cash sales and seller financed transactions.  It is pre-printed with all the proper language and blanks for the collection of doc fees and taxes as allowed in Texas.  On the backside is an optional use Arbitratration Agreement that is added by checking a box of the front side.  Document is 3-part carbonless, 8.5"x11", and available in packs of 100.  IT DOES NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR A FINANCE CONTRACT!
