P.O.W. / M.I.A. FLAGS
Details
With Canvas Header & Brass Grommets
The POW-MIA flag, created in 1971, honors U.S. military personnel who are Prisoners of War or Missing in Action. Its black-and-white design, featuring a silhouette and the words "You Are Not Forgotten," is a powerful reminder of those who have not returned. Officially recognized by the U.S. government, the flag is flown on National POW/MIA Recognition Day and other significant occasions, symbolizing the nation's commitment to accounting for every missing service member.
Our POW/MIA flags are acid dyed on 200 denier nylon, displaying a pure black background with an optic white symbol. They are available either as single reverse (reading backwards on back side) or double seal (reading correctly on both sides). Double seal flags are produced by sewing two seals together into a black flag. All flags are 100% American-made.
