Route Sheet / Appointment Pad SDSS

These large route sheets are padded and offer a great way to track the progress and types of repairs on a daily basis.  Made from #50 white paper.  They measure a large 22"x17".  Route Sheets come 50 to a pad and a packaged individually.  There are 47 lines per sheet.  These are the same as Form SDSS.
